If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, then I invite you to OPEN THE STABLE DOOR and take a further look inside to see how I may be able to help you create a true connection and a healthy partnership, to gain tools to help you and your horse grow and build a true connection one based on
TRUST, HARMONY and BALANCE.
Where ever you are on your horse journey, I'm here to help you take some steps to success.
Lacking confidence can affect everyone from time to time, I can help you rebuild your confidence, grow your self esteem and be the equestrian you want to be and fully ENJOY your horse.
Horses can lack confidence at times just like humans can. They need to build their confidence too. I can help you to support your horse and learn what your horse needs in the moment which will enable them to trust you and become more confident, creating a true partnership based on trust and understanding of one another.
There is a difference between those who go on and develop happy and connected relationships and those who become stuck in their relationships with their horse.
Horses are amazing beings, they can teach us so much about ourselves, they can read our energy so well and know how we are feeling. When we are disconnected with our true self, we are unable to create a true partnership with our horse.
Being emotionally balanced is the ability of the mind and body to maintain the flow of life and be flexible in the face of challenge and change. Horses can tune into how we are feeling they therefore can reflect back to us what we may not be seeing for ourselves at the time and highlight areas for development if we choose to look and explore.
To explore creates learning and opportunities and that creates a more balanced mindset which will help with your connection with your horse. The gift from the horse to the human is to learn the act of solidarity, freedom and team work. Communication is key, when two beings share and understand an idea, the harmony is built. and equality is gained, creating a true partnership, based on trust and understanding one another.
